Total Loss

If your vehicle has been deemed a total loss by the insurance company you are due the ACV or Actual Cash Value of your vehicle at the time of the accident. This includes any upgrades added to the vehicle.

The insurance company is required by law to provide a report outlining how they arrived at their offer. Acquire Auto can review this report to make sure you are receiving your correct ACV. Many times the insurance is not giving you the full value for your vehicle.

Acquire Auto specializes in helping our clients claim for the ACV of your vehicle. Our adjusters are licensed and have dealt with thousands of claims over the years. We can provide the expertise and an accurate appraisal so that you receive the correct ACV from the insurance company.

What We Provide
  • A customized, total loss car appraisal backed by market comparable vehicles and all the documentation you’ll need to maximize the amount of your settlement.

  • Ongoing support throughout the negotiation and recovery process leveraging our years of total loss claim settlement experience. You’ll need our support and advice as you respond to questions and challenges from the insurance company.

  • We will represent you in the appraisal clause. Most insurance policies contain an appraisal clause that allows you to hire your own appraiser and requires the insurance company to hire their own independent appraiser. We’ll negotiate with the other appraiser to improve your total loss settlement.
