Before finding Aquire Auto, my experience was honestly awful. I felt completely taken advantage of, and my insurance company was not accurately appraising my vehicle after all the repairs I had already done. I knew their offer was wrong, but I didn’t know how to fight it on my own.

I chose Aquire Auto based on their strong reviews and because their pricing was a few hundred dollars lower than some competitors and about the same as others. At the time, I figured if I was going to lose money again, I’d rather lose less — but what I received instead was integrity, professionalism, and real advocacy.

Jonathan Moon and Britton Munson were fantastic to work with. They were thorough, honest, patient in their communication, and truly fought for what was fair with my insurance company. Because of their work, they quite literally made Christmas happen for my family this year — and that is something I will never forget.

Jonathan and Britton were great to work with.  Jonathan gave me a quick estimate and guided me through the process as what to expect both from their company and the insurance company.  Britton completed the diminished value appraisal within a couple of days and the insurance company accepted it without any pushback. Great service took the time on the phone to go over my issues and all the accessories the insurance company wasn't considering in their estimate. I had run a regression model on comps and provided to Progressive.  Progressive stayed firm on their nearly $4k lower figure adjuster amount.  These guys were able to do their appraisal and settle for very near my expectation! Shame on Progressive but kudos to these guys! Very happy with them!
